CruxSupport

CruxSupport is the latest Crux program to be released.

It is an online ticket system and booking system, primarily aimed at IT Support companies, but suitable for many others

This program is again web-based and allows customers to log a support ticket which can be reviewed, replied to and updated at any time.
Should a site visit be required, it also allows the customer to book an appointment via the online diary system

For the administrator, the powerful admin section allows you to find details of customers, view tickets and appointments and print a list of upcoming appointments

Every aspect of this program is powered from the database, so all settings can be changed, call types, number of technicians, opening times etc.

As with all Crux software, CruxSuport is a free download, released under the GNU/GPL License
